Thirty years of senior executive management, family business, management consulting (prior Deloitte Consulting Partner) and private equity investing experience. Prior CEO of Gen 3 family manufacturing and service businesses; results included growing sales six-fold over eight years and double digit bottom-line earnings growth for five consecutive years prior to sale to a NYSE listed public company where Isaac served as board and executive committee member, corporate EVP, and divisional CEO. At the public company, Isaac managed the second largest and most profitable division and was actively engaged in acquiring 25 companies to consolidate the industry to create a $1BB+ national operating entity. Served on over twenty-five boards including fourteen corporate boards including lead director roles on executive, audit, compensation and investment board committees for companies ranging in size from $30M to $1BB+. Consulted on over 100 client engagements in a variety of industries.

  • Management Consulting Partner, Deloitte Consulting; provided general management consulting services in a variety of industries (1977-1988)

  • Numerous active leadership roles in Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and Chief Executives Organization (CEO) (1989-Present)
