Family Member Training Programs

Critical to family business longevity and the successful transition of your family business or family office to the next generation is family member education. The next generation, and at times the current generation, will benefit from custom designed training for family enterprises. Recognizing this need from of our consulting clients, we recently developed new training programs addressing the essentials of family enterprise management – from governance and oversight, to technical financial, investor, and board member training, to learning how to sustain or improve family dynamics.

We currently offer five modules. They can be presented in a “boot camp” environment or over a period of time in modules, either in person or through a webinar.

Our current family business training offerings include:

  • Principles of Family Dynamics & Family Business Governance
  • Reading & Understanding Financial Statements
  • Basics of Financial Analysis
  • Principles of Investment Management
  • Principles of Real Estate Management
  • Note - Future modules can be developed upon request. ____________________________________________________________________________
