About

At George Isaac Consulting, we put people at the center of our process. Every family and family business is different and comes with its own set of challenges and successes. We tailor every project to address our clients’ goals with an effort to preserve the family’s unique cultures and customs. Our motto is to “first listen”, then “consult”. We take the time to develop individual relationships with leadership, management, and both active and passive stakeholders to get the full picture of what’s working and what needs improvement.

After establishing a baseline, we work closely with key team members to develop tailored approaches for our clients so that recommendations are fully implemented and provide long lasting value. With a variety of services from consulting to board advisory to family training, GIC will give you the personalized tools you need to help your business grow, transition, and succeed for multiple generations.
